DESCRIPTION:       \nIn collaboration with AIA Los Angeles\, AIA Inland California is pleased to offer this event which offers AIA CES: 2LU|HSW \nSAC Health Brier Medical is a 280\,000 SF adaptive reuse outpatient facility in San Bernardino\, CA. As the nation’s largest specialty-based and teaching health center\, it advances health equity for underserved populations. Phase 1 includes 6 clinics\, dental school\, after-hours clinic with imaging\, and a community resource center. The project reused the former bank call center’s core systems to reduce its carbon footprint. AIA CES: 2 LU|HSW. Topics: adaptive reuse\, sustainability\, health equity\, and design for specialty teaching institutions.
