He began his career as a design engineer. He’s commissioned HVAC systems\, Building Automation Systems\, plumbing systems\, electrical systems\, and several specialty systems for projects ranging from K-12\, higher education\, commercial\, and industrial fields. \n\n\n\nHoward David\, Associate Principal & Commissioning & O&M Market Segment Leader Certified Commissioning Professional\, CCP (BCA)\n\n\n\nDavid Howard is the commissioning Group Leader and Associate Principal at P2S Inc. David’s been in construction and commissioning for 32 years. He’s a Certified Commissioning Professional by the Building Commissioning Association. He served in the U.S Marines. He began his career in the general and subcontractor trades.
