Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain to lead project coordination and ensure high standards in design and documentation for K-12 facilities.
Responsibilities:
- – Develop architectural design graphics, plans, and renderings for client presentations.
- – Conduct site visits to document existing conditions.
- – Manage and redline design and construction documents.
- – Oversee project schedules, coordinate with consultants, and prioritize deadlines.
- – Guide projects through DSA approvals, utilizing Bluebeam and electronic submissions.
- – Provide construction support, processing submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
Qualifications:
- – Minimum 6 years’ experience in K-12 and DSA projects.
- – Bachelor’s degree in architecture; California architectural licensure (or nearing licensure) preferred.
- – Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp, InDesign, and public speaking skills a plus.
