Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Revit Operator to join our team. This role involves creating and refining Revit models, preparing construction documents, and supporting project administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- – Transcribe in-house and consultant redlines into Revit.
- – Generate Revit backgrounds (plans, sections, elevations, details).
- – Compile and assemble construction documents for reviews and approvals.
- – Assist with project graphics and modeling for presentations.
- – Coordinate with project teams and consultants.
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred.
- – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an architectural office (K-12 experience a plus).
- – Strong Revit expertise required; proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, or AutoCAD is a plus.
- – Team-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- – ARE exam progress a plus.
